I love McDonald?s but this location is absolutely embarrassing. I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 mins! When I got to... the first window I was able to the observe all the employees goofing off, no hussle, no motivation. Poorly trained employees.And as I observed these employees and after I had already paid I decided to just drive off because at that point I felt Icouldn?t trust what food they were making. I drove up the road back towards home and stopped at the cannon falls McDonald?s andordered and received my food in 5 mins. McDonald?s management review your cameras from November 23rd between the hours of 7-8pm,I?m sure it went on longer. I?m stopped at this zumbrota location several times over the years and it?s an absolute shame thatthe team on board this evening ruined it for some of those employees that work other shifts. I love McDonald?s but this locationtonight left me extremely annoyed. Sorry goes a long ways but even that was failed at the drive thru. I hope someone at least inline got my food I paid for and it didn?t go to one of these workers. Read more
Horrible horrible horrible McDonald?s. Management should be ashamed. We were in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Staff were... horsing around, laughing, bagging up food for their selves and leaving while there were tons of cars in line waiting for theirfood, and inside they were shutting off dining room lights while customers were still there. I have never seen such a poorly runplace. Both the person collecting payment and giving us our food were rude and not apologetic at all for making us wait as longas we did for a cheeseburger and fries. Stopped on a weekday morning for breakfast with the family. There was only 2 other customers inside eating. The place was... clean and we were helped promptly. The breakfast was good and hot. Everyone enjoyed their food. Read more
Evry time I go here, I get a fish fillet sandwich with extra cheese. I paid my extra .79 for a full slice of extra cheese. I... only received an extra half slice of cheese on my sandwich. I called and the person who answered the phone said it's policy toonly add an extra half slice of cheese to the fish sandwich. Technically, I should have a full slice and a half. So it's policyto short their customers...Good too know.. This happens Everytime! And the guy who answered the phone was very rude! Whathappened to customer service? 2 because of the morning (7:15) manager on 7/20/22. Rude and short with customers and fellow staff. One of the bathrooms was... really icky and needed toilet paper. The manager was angry when it was brought to her attention. One of the most updatedMcDonald's I've seen though so the interior was pretty cool. Read more
The chicken sandwich I had was good but my double quarter pounder was raw inside. I didn?t start chowing down until I got home.... Had I been at the restaurant eating I would have addressed the staff ASAP. Purchased around 6 pm 1/24/22 Read more
Not much to say. It is a McDonald's. When driving at night please be aware this one closes just before 10 pm
