This was definitely the longest I've ever had to wait in line at a subway with one person in line and 2 people working. The oven... was broken so my sandwich had to be microwaved (awful). It was put together very sloppy and made a terrible mess while trying toeat it. I was very confused with the seating situation because all of the chairs were up in the tables except for where onegroup was sitting. Lastly $18 for footling/chips/drink, seriously subway?! Read more
the middle aged black lady is so rude and rolls her eyes whenever you ask for something. she is always in there and she ruins... every single subway experience with her bad attitude. If you are that unhappy with your job at chain fast food restaurant thenleave, considering there are so many other bad reviews of her no one is stopping you from leaving. Read more
Friendly workers. Toaster oven been broken for weeks. They don't take coupons even though franchise sends them out. The owner... clearly has not put any effort in caring for customers or the business. They should sell it if they aren't interested in fixingthe things that break. I came in with a coupon and was told that no subway at any locations in Virginia takes them.I then proceeded with my order and... was given only 3 pieces of turkey on my 6?sandwich. I called back and asked for corporate number and the owner rudely says shedoesn?t know it.The owner of the store has a nasty attitude and very unprofessional! If I could give this Subway zero stars, I would. The mobile ordering system was down and instead of politely asking for my order... information, I was treated like this issue is somehow my fault. Not only that, both employees were curt and rude to every othercustomer in the restaurant. The employee didn?t ask what was on my sandwich and then starting making it the way she thought itshould be made. When I asked for it to be fixed, I was again treated without dignity and respect. Went here to use a coupon that I had been notified of in my email. Found out this location doesn?t take coupons and the staff... seemed like they didn?t care. So I left and went to Arbys instead, who were very nice. Read more
