I ordered from this location while traveling. I didn't read the reviews beforehand or it might have caused me to pass....however... , I am glad I did not! Superbly done SHEETZ. MY PRE- ORDER was correct, hot, waiting as I ce through the door. The place wasclean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! What a wonderful place. Clean, well-lit and easily accessed from the interstate. Several national chain fast food places, a Lowe's home improvement... store, and a Walmart are nearby. This place seems busy every time I've been. At peak times (like Friday afternoon/evening),there may be as many as 2 cars waiting for each pump and a full parking lot. Getting back on the interstate isn't quite as easyas exiting, as it requires 3 left turns, but two of those have traffic signals. Read more
Wait for food is ridiculous while 3 staff members are talking & they forget they are working. I ordered one shake waited in... drive through, after online order and payment too long. Pull up to window after other cars drove away tired of waiting. Satthere watching employees goofing off took forever before one came to window ask me what my order was. Half the time get yourorder & it?s wrong. after waiting 25 minutes. When the place is dead without anyone else's order to fill. Employees workingdrive through are slow disorganized and have no idea who?s food your picking up. If I go back I?m not using drive through gas isall I?m spending money on. I'd give them a zero but I can't.. ordered two breakfast sandwiches. A sausage egg and cheese shmuffin with ketchup a waffle... bread sausage sandwich.. the sandwich ordered with ketchup had almost none and then mine was soaked in ketchup.. who wantsketchup on waffles? I called to let them know of their mistake and whoever answered the phone, hung up on me when I told them Idon't want a refund that I just want to let them know so they can work on it. I love sheetz food and this experience has me veryupset. Read more
36 minutes wait ordering food in drive through 07/16/22 at 7 pm is too long to wait for fast food mobile order. Love the food... but it?s not worth waiting over half hour to get food with mobile order and parked in drive through. Read more
Stopped here on my way home from Richmond bought 2 half subs 2 drinks and fries and a bag of chips. The steak and cheese was... cold not toasted like I ordered was or made like I ordered it.For $21.00 I would at least think it would be right the secondsub a veggie was awful.
