Professional standards for service and basic human courtesy not found here. Coffee inferior cold and bitter. Obviously had sat... for hours unchecked for freshness/temperature/flavor. Employee did not have a clue how to make it right, i.e., "I'll brew afresh pot," or, "May I refund your $3.75, we re sorry our product is undrinkable." Nada. Read more
Wow. What awful service. I don?t typically even leave reviews, but 25 minutes for a gross coffee is hilariously terrible. Rude... and trashy staff who correct you while you order, then ignore your order and make it however they decide to. Avoid this waste ofspace. Read more
Coffee there has no taste. When i inqired about a drink due to my serious allergies, they refused to share what was included in... the drink! Thus i chose a basic drink hoping it was made like other places! Still wondering why one staff person was addressedby a young lady who screamed at her that secrets can't be shared?! I have tried this shop many times and I want to love it because it is local. Even now I feel conflicted about leaving a... negative review. But the quality of menu items and customer service is too inconsistent and no longer worth my time andmoney. Today, was yet another disappointment. I got a turkey cranberry panini that was still cold in the middle. I also ordereda chicken salad wrap, I posted the photos, it was dismal and the portion was 1/2 cup. It was basically some chicken mixed withmayo or Miracle Whip, no celery, or anything else you would expect in chicken salad. I also waited in the drive-thru for over 30minutes. Every time I have ordered coffee, whether it be a fancy coffee drink or the brew of the day, it lacks flavor. Today Igot a large cold brew and it had 6 oz of coffee and 10 oz of ice. When I asked if they could top it off they wanted to charge me$3.80 saying they had to make more. Get your coffee at Speedway or Holiday, it is faster, cheaper, and more flavorful. Read more
Inconsistent and unprofessional. After finding a shard of plastic in one of the sandwiches we ordered we called to inform them... that they may need to inspect their meat trays for any other parts of whatever broke and got into the panini. The level ofdisregard and dismissal was completely inappropriate. This plastic has sharp edges and is the size of a dime and could havebeen a dangerous situation to be disregarded and rushed off the phone. One of many problems with this establishment. Read more
Just experienced the slowest service. Empty lobby and drive thru, and 4 staff on just standing behind the counter chatting.... Almost asked for my money back to leave without a drink. Used the restroom to come out and find that they hadn?t even started onmy drink. Then proceeded to start it with the wrong milk. Have been here before and never experienced this type of service.
