Although the restaurant is not fancy, the food is excellent and the service is even better. I love their Sergio Special pizza!
Ordered 2 small pizzas, 1 cheese and the other was the special. Wish I had taken a picture.....just beautiful pizzas and baked... perfectly. The taste was incredible and the gentleman that made them really took pride in what he does. Can't wait to go backnext week. Read more
Yesterday I ordered 2 Baked Ziti dinners to go, got home the pasta on the top were burnt and it didn?t have any sauce in it, it... was so dry it made you gag. We couldn?t eat it at all. Sad to say I will never order from them again. Read more
Twice I ordered eggplant Parmesan to go. The first time it was eggplant rollatini stuffed with ricotta cheese with mozzarella.... It was good but not what I ordered. The second time I got eggplant Parmesan it was covered in Regatta cheese no mozzarella. Theyneed to read the description of their product on their menu. Another time I ordered pizza to go and it was lacking sauce I meanthere was none! The owner need me a new one for free the next time I went. We dined in and had lasagna that was delicious! Read more
At first sight, I wasn't interested in eating there but my friend insisted and I'm so glad I did! The food was fantastic and the... wine was equally as wonderful. I can't say enough about our service as it was great. I strongly recommend Sergio's for qualityand good people. Read more
My family has dined here many times before and said they loved the pizza but did warn me it's changed recently. They told me... last time they were there, they mentioned it to the owner's son. He acknowledged they have made some changes but he told them tojust request that he make the pizza, when they come back, and he would make it the old way. Ok simple enough (but why the changeif you're just gonna take requests to make it the original way??)...Stick with me, it gets better. We went there last Wednesday,ordered 2 pizzas and requested that the owners son make them. The waitress agreed that the pizza was better the way theyoriginally made it. She said the owner's son was training new hires but she'd have him make ours. Great! 1st pizza comes out andit looks fantastic!! She states she's not sure why our 2nd pizza isn't ready yet but she'll bring it out ASAP. (We found outafter our pizza was given to another table so they had to remake it) We dig into the 1st pizza and it tastes awesome!! 2nd pizzacomes out and it looks nothing like the 1st....nor does it taste good. We question if the owner's son made both of them and shestates he only made the 1st one and didn't have time to make the 2nd one. I asked to speak to the manager simply to let themknow that the 1st pizza was amazing and the 2nd not so much. Just for simple feedback. The waitress comes back and tells us hedoesn't have time to come speak to us but we can get 10% off our bill. I didn't ask for anything off of our bill and I waswilling to pay full price, I just simply wanted to give feedback. My mother goes to pay the bill up front and simply says, "itwas us that was unhappy with the 2nd pizza". She wasn't rude, just small talk as she cashed out. He proceeds to throw her moneyback at her and tell her that he doesn't have time for this and that she can have her pizza for free and don't ever comeback! WOW, we will never go back!!
