Ordered delivery two pizzas and a soda for the family. Cost $42 plus $10 tip for the driver. Not bad for a pizza night. But... the forgot the soda. I called up spoke to the lady and she said the driver is on there way back. Great. 30 min later I calledand they tell me the driver should be pulling in now. Wonderful. 30 min later after I went to the store and bought soda fordinner I get a call from papa John?s letting me know the driver could not find the soda and was not coming. Wow love thecustomer service. Not! Will not return to papa John?s. I have better pizza and better see at hungry Howies. Oh and we havepizza on a regular basis. Lost a customer over a soda. Nice.
