The crispy chicken sandwich was the largest I have ever had and it was hot and juicy. The fries were hot and crispy. Service... was very fast and friendly. I rarely give a 5 to a fast food restaurant, but this was deserved. Read more
Twice been burnt. Last week I ordered two #15 fill ups. Include a breast , potato , biscuit , cookie & drink. Both fill ups... contained cheaper thighs ( dark) rather than breasts. Yuck. Guess the geniuses don't know the difference. Called the store 5times with no answer. They let it go to fax. This week they just leave out the biscuits and they raised their prices 20%.. Watch out. Screwed Again. This is just unacceptable. Ordered two # 15 one piece breast boxes. Got two meals with thighs. Orderedon with fries. Got both with mashed potato. Chicken was greasy. Raw in center. Food has always been good for me at this location. At times there is a little inconsistency in the foods quality...I'm imagining... due to high turnover and always training new people. What's crazy to me is that it closes at 9 on Friday and Saturday. That justdoesn't even make sense. I can't count the amount of times I had KFC much later then that. I went here at dinner time , asked for a two piece dark crispy chicken meal with fries and coleslaw , they didn't have coleslaw... so I said macaroni and cheese , got home to eat it and it was disgusting , I got mashed potatoes instead of Mac and cheese , andthe chicken tasted like something left over from lunch time Read more
Let me start off by saying that there speaker is way to quiet to order while it?s raining. The lady taking our order legit had... to yell so we could hear. Second who ever the white blonde girl is. She really needs to go. I?ve never seen anyone yell atfellow employees like that before. Very disrespectful to the entire staff just about how it would take a few extra mins forcrispy chicken which we had no problem waiting for. I will say there was a young gentleman that brought our food out to us inthe rain and he was very nice, there overhang sucks so going there in the rain is not fun fyi. Read more
I asked and paid for a 2 piece all white. I got home and had a 2 piece dark. I called and they said I could bring it back for... a replacement. 15 minutes to get there and then back home, nope not happening. The last time I went I ordered wings - they wereso over cooked that even the meat was brown. I don?t think they care. Did not offer to refund my money or give me credit. Read more
Horribly dissatisfied with this location. We come through drive through and got 3 value meals. As we got ready to pass the... meals to all in the car I noticed one box had a lot of markings on it and it was wet. It was FOOT PRINT a wet one at that ONTHE BOX THAT WAS SERVED OUT THE WINDOW. We come back to window to let the girl know and she transferred the food from the box toanother box without acknowledging ANYTHING. I was with guests so I could not demand a refund or throw a fit in public but I wasappalled this even happened. I'm trying to figure out in what world is this even remotely Clean and or ok for them to pick up abox they had just stepped on the floor and put someone's food in it? Read more
