Beware of thief. While the food was very good there is a serious issue. Someone or more are thieves in there. I made a purchase... fo $10.70. When I checked my checking account the next morning the sale was pending at $10.70. I check my checking everymorning and balance my check book. When I it the next morning the charge from Capri was $20.70. I signed the recipe but didnot give a tip. Well someone I don't know who and I don't care proceeded to give themselves a $10 tip. So I went back to therestaurant when they opened to retrieve my money. There was a man trying to look for the sale. I tried to show them on my bankstatement. The young girl that was there found the sale said I gave a $10 tip. I explained to her I gave no tip at all. Shevery rudely grabbed the money out of the tip jar and basically threw it at me. She didn't say sorry or actually didnt sayanything to me. Somebody (or maybe more than one) is a thief there. If I hadn't looked at my banking I would never haveknown. And I wonder how many other customers they have been stealing from that don't even track their purchases. Read more
Staff was friendly and the service was quick. We ordered fried mushrooms and a bacon pineapple pizza. The mushrooms were spot on... but the pizza just wasn?t the best. Its wasn?t NY style like I saw advertised. Don?t get me wrong, it wasn?t bad, it just wasn?twhat I was expecting. I?d compare it to Hungry Howies. Obviously without the flavored crust. By far the worst pizza place in all of pasco county!!! Ordered food to go a pizza, chicken parmesan and some sides. Both the... pizza and chicken parmesan were overcooked and not all the sides were given. Of course I called and told them the food was burntand some things were missing. The guy who answered the phone passed me onto a girl. I asked for the order to be remade and thatI would give the incomplete order back. The girl then told me all she would do is refund the missing items. I then informed herthat the order wasn't made properly. I was then told it would be too expensive for the to remake the order I could either have arefund for the missing items or nothing. I have eaten here a few times and each time seems like they either use dirty utensilsor just something missing. Save yourself and just eat elsewhere 711 has better pizza than this place and better customerservice. Read more
