I ordered a Bacon Cheese Wagyu Burger. I have no idea what I got, no receipt. Big soggy lump of a burger with no bacon or... cheese. Young man taking order was more concerned about only having crinkle fries than getting my order correct. Disappointingexperience. Read more
I?ve been twice in the past two weeks and have been very happy both times. They?ve double checked that we had our full order and... made sure we had plenty of sauces to go with it. The staff has also been very nice! Read more

Ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. When I got home it was a roast beef 'burger'. They had ground left-over roast beef and... were selling it as a classic sandwich. It was one of the worst sandwiches I have had there and will never go back! Buyersbeware. Read more
The fries were hard like they were fried twice, we paid for stuff we didn't get, and had to wait a super long time for food that... we didn't even get the right amount of. We were really disappointed, because they are usually so good at this location. Read more
They said they were out of salad but had side salads. I told them I wanted a lot of meat, so I ordered 4 orders of the brisket.... They put 1 to 2 oz of meat total, but charged me for 4 orders. I will never go back Read more
They do a fine job at this location. Dining room was clean, employees were friendly and the food was good. This is the best... Arby's in a 50 mile radius from Zephyrhills. Lots of old folks there though. I'm in my 40's and was the youngest one there byat least 20 years. (other than the employees) Bathroom and parking lot were clean. Read more
I was here at this location and it was nice, but tonight I was very disappointed! The young man who took our order was okay but... the drink fountain was out of ice, everything you needed for your sandwich was empty but the napkins, no lids for the drinks.The place was empty but none of the employees came out to refill anything and clean up the area.
