I ordered a large coffee and sausage egg and cheese bagel. It took 25 minutes and I arrived at work late because they are so... slow. I opened my sandwich and they had forgot the sausage. OK....update....I dropped another star off. The past several timesmy coffee was barely warm. It took ten minutes to get it it and I was the only one in line. EVERY morning they are out ofsomething. There obviously is no management in this store. It is an ongoing problem. When I talked to the parent company theypromised me a call from the Zeeland manager which never happened. Everyone needs to know Ziggis is open on the east side andappears to be promising as Bigbys obviously does not want your business! Read more
