I have been to this location many times had no problems before until tonight. I went in to order dinner for me and my family... takeout. I ordered sweet tea with my meals. I was given the sweet tea?s waiting for my order when a gentleman come up to me andtold me that the tea had salt in it instead of sugar. He told me that I needed to get something else to drink, so I open the lidand took a sip and sure enough it was salt instead of sugar. I went to the register and told the employee behind the counterthat the tea had salt instead of sugar. He says back to me ?yeah I know? The employees was aware that the tea had salt insteadof sugar and still served it to the customers. why would you give me tea that has salt in it instead of sugar if you are awareof it??? I was not the only customer that was given Salted tea. It is wrong to know that the tea has salt instead of sugar andstill serve it. I then was given Sprite that tasted terribly. The employees are unprofessional/rude and very poor customerservice they did not care about serving customers salted tea. I will be contacting the corporate office. I will not be goingback!!! This location and staff are absolutely AMAZING! Our church visited their location after a revival, it was around 8:30 PM and... they were delighted to serve ALL 25 OF US! The food was fresh and EVERY staff member was so kind and had amazing customerservice. We thoroughly enjoyed them. We got 2 of the family packs that would feed a total of 40 people. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the... price was good. You got all the cups, plates, utensils, etc. It could not have been any better. Read more
Restaurant is located in the East Triangle shopping center with easy access from both East and Westbound US 64 in Zebulon NC.... One grand son ordered shrimp and fries, the other a BBQ sandwich and fries, my wife got the chicken snack plate ( breast, wingand fries) and my son and I both got the BBQ plates with potato salad and slaw.
