This review is NOT based on employees, they were busting their hind ends and the food was fresh and tasted great. We actually... got super hot and crunchy fries. My reason for the low rating atmosphere is due to the kiosks to enter our own orders. Wewaited in quite a line to place our orders and while we were waiting we encountered a few would be customers turn around andwalk out. $ walking out the door with this revamped business model. Skipped my order and then had to remake it. Spent 20+ minutes waiting. They have cut their staff and replaced humans with kias... machines, which obviously isn't helping them when it comes to service and speed of food prep. Read more
had to go to use the drive-thru as we were unaware that the dinning room is closed right now. No sign on the doors telling us... this information. Ordered our food & then had to wait over 20 minutes @ drive-up window to even get our order. Fries were cold &disgusting. Workers were rude & mean. God awful, I used to go to steak n shake and get amazing quality food but it's garbage now the onion rings taste like there... cheap store bought the burgers taste worse than a low budget school lunch burger the fries were cold and had no salt and theshakes don't have real ingredients in them, not to mention the variety of items to choose from disappeared. Dining room was closed due to construction, no warning signs of it until I hit the door. Drive through was open and quick. Had... the signage for the construction been more evident, I would have given 5 stars. Read more
