Ordered a cookies & cream ice cream cake for my son?s birthday. The cake had no cookies in it hardly or on top of the cake. ... When I asked about this, even the young girl said I don?t know what?s going on with the cake makers & we tried to find a cakewith more cookies but they didn?t have any. I was also charged twice for the cake and left message for manager about this, Inever received a call back. The customer service here was not good at all, the quality of the cake was horrible. If thislocation remains open I will be shocked! It?s just left to a bunch of young kids to run the business it seems like, with nogood management at all. Read more
Don?t waste your time or money. This is the worst location I?ve ever been to. The workers are immature and obviously lack the... necessary training. I ordered a vanilla shake and received a cup of milk. I asked for a sundae and the worker was confused onhow to make it. I?ll never visit this location again.
