For the first time in quite awhile we had very poor service. We were told that we could not use one of the tables because they... were closing at 2 p.m. ( we placed our order at 12:15 p.m.) I can safely say we won?t be back for quite awhile. Today is Tuesday June 30th 2020 and today I ordered a sandwich for my boyfriend's dinner over the phone. I ordered him a chicken... bacon ranch toasted with pepper jack cheese a few green peppers and told them to put 5 jalapenos on the sandwich. When I went tothrow the paper that the sandwich came in away I found out that he had picked off jalapenos and it was certainly more than justthe five I ordered it was more than double the amount that I ordered for his sandwich and he can't handle that many I thought Imade it quite clear that it was only supposed to be 5 jalapenos and they weren't busy so I really don't understand how they canmake such a mistake because I spoke very clearly. As the first manager for that Subway I am very disappointed and would expectbetter from my team. I really hope that they can step it up the next time that he has to get a sandwich and they can get itright. Read more
