This was my first time placing an order online and visiting this particular subway. I drove over to this subway to pickup my... online order and stood in line. When it was my turn, the girl behind the counter told me to stand by the register and anemployee would bring me my order. I had ordered a sandwich, chips, and a cookie. I had also grabbed a second bag of chips topay for it as I wanted a snack for later. The male employee (the one with long dark hair) told me I had already ordered chipsand that I could not pay for the second bag and he handed me my online order. I got back to my workplace and there were no bagsof chips at all in the subway bag. Needless to say I plan to never return to this Subway and I even went as far to tell all ofmy coworkers of my experience as well. Read more
I typically love subway, never had any problems with it until I got 1/2 serving of chicken for my wrap. I wont say any names but... this is the second time that this employee has given me significantly less meat for my sandwich than I've received throughoutmany different subways in many different states. The only reason this location makes it is because there aren't a lot of options. Would give zero stars if I could. Went several... months ago to order sandwiches for some visiting family. When I told the employee I had several sandwiches the attitude Ireceived made me promise to never return. In fact, during that visit the employee let another customer cut my husband and I inline. Decided to give this location one more chance. Not only had they already turned off the toaster oven at 5:40 but theywere out of lettuce. A Subway in the lettuce capital of the US with no lettuce. The employee put the ingredients on the side soI could heat the sandwich at home. I was given enough topic for about a 6" sub, not a foot long. Officially done with thislocation. Read more
