I?m usually not the type to write bad reviews for places like this, but I had to this time. We are frequent customers & this is... the third time we have had an issue with our very simple order, an americano with a SPLASH of sweet cream. The last two times wehad an issue here, the coffee was incredibly cold & the espresso tasted very old. However, last night my husband and I visited,and I had 90% sweet cream and only 10% espresso in my drink it seemed. Once again, I know how hard baristas work, however Ispecified how much sweet cream to put. Therefore, I have no idea why I couldn?t even taste any espresso in my drink, onlycream. This is the only Starbucks I have had these issues with. Please get better. Read more
Really great service... like pretty much all Starbucks. I did order an iced pumpkin spice latte and got a hot one... instead......on a 106° day but it was still amazing lol. Just had to stay in the AC or would've been tough to do!! Oh well,better luck next time!! ???? Still a great place for coffee. See y'all next time ???? Read more

OUTSTANDING SERVICE today by your employee Enrique. From the time we heard his voice, my husband & I were surprised to hear such... clarity and charisma coming from that speaker box. When we got to the window he greeted us with a smile & granted, the drinkstook a bit, he asked about our day, mentioned his plans to work on thanksgiving & even went as far as to compliment ourgranddaughter on her pigtails she did herself this morning. I can?t express enough how much of a relief it is to finally visityour location and have someone who seems to genuinely enjoy what they do.
