The worker at the window completely ignored our existence. Sat there for a good 4 minutes before she even looked out way. She... grabbed the money and had the biggest attitude. We asked her to edit the order due to one of our health restrictions and sherolled her eyes and continued to yell back at the batista the change. The change was not made even though she said it was. Iwould not have a problem with this if the attitude was not a thing. I'm at Starbucks a lot and never dissaponted. Definitelygonna rethink my decision on coffee places. Read more

Very nice staff ! Probably out of their control but it has happened a few times where they aren't well supplied and thus can't... accommodate large orders I place. I must say staff has come up with creative solutions most of the time when these challengesarise. I appreciate their good attitude Read more

Starbucks Ave B.. you have redeemed yourself. The staff makes every effort to ensure the drinks are right. Thank you for... listening to the voice of the customer. Thank you for making the necessary changes. I appreciate you. The Starbucks is amess???? every time I come here, the store is literally a mess. Trash on the floors, chairs, the receptacles are always full andover flowing. The counters are sticky and dirty. They usually always mess up my order somehow. Ordering from the mobile app doesnot guarantee a speedy pick up. After spending a car payment every month at Starbucks, I am asking that you people get ittogether!!! Read more

I?m a daily Starbucks customer never had any issues until today !! I went in drive threw I usually order 3 plus drinks as I... approach the window I was told my total by Allysa she had horrible attitude when I have her my money she said she has no changeI said I?m sorry that?s all I have I have her exact coin amount . But paid with a 50$ bill she rolled her eyes grabbed my moneyand didn?t say a word Gave me my change and I asked for a cup holder and she ain?t turned around put my drinks and didn?t sayanything to me I was not giving a attitude or anything I asked for her name and she was like alysa. My coffee was strong and favorful. This is a big deal since I had to order decaf - which is so often simply not worth drinking.... Quick service as well. Read more
