Pros: Waitress was on it but then again was not busy but great waitress. Plenty of food. IPA Samples Food presentation. A lot... beer selection. Cool place to be at but missing something lonely for a Friday night. Cons: Flavor of was just not there everybite I expected for the flavor to be there like if this time it was going to be there but no it never showed up. I had beans forside dish and beans where not fully cooked a bit hard side and dry. They charge for condiments like Dressings “NoBueno” Plates $10-$20 Would I come back? Maybe to give it another chance see if the flavors show up or to have some beers. This place could be something Read more

The poutine was awesome. Gravy was a rich flavor and very dark. Had the right amount of cheese. Had a Hefeweizen which was... pretty good. The burger was juicy and thick. Service was great too. We did get there soon after opening, so not too many folksaround. Read more

Poor service ruined our experience. This was our 1st visit to Prison Hill Brewing Company. Our first decision was to choose a... beer from their list of on tab brews which consisted of their own creations as well as a few from other breweries. Since ourwaitress dropped off the menu, I went to the bar to ask some questions of the bartender (who was not busy). He didn't want tohelp and told me to talk to my waitress. Once we settled on beer (We chose 2 brews from other breweries; Candy Bar Stout andPapago Orange Blossom, both were good), we decided to share the meat Plate (adding a 3rd meat) which was pretty good. (forgotto take a pci before eating a good amount). However, meats were a bit dry, needing BBQ sauce but we only recieve a small cup.Since our waitress was busy chatting with the bartender, we needed to go back to the bar to request more BBQ and also ketchupfor the fries. As I said, POOR SERVICE! Lastly, when we paid, we were charged $1.58 for extra sauce which is ridiculousespecially in light that we ordered an extra meat. Would we return? Maybe bit we will visit some of the other eateries/barsfirst. Keep in mind, none of their brews called us enough to order. Read more
