Update: They threw in two Root beer liters for issue with how long it took. And the Door dash driver was super nice. Not sure... what happened tonight but pizza is good. Garlic knots good. Wings need work. Just throwing sauce on nuggets basically.Appreciate the Root beer. But They do need to work on timing, or staffing. Not sure- but wait time main issue. I haven?t had papa johns pizza for 10 years. Is it just me or is their hand tossed pizza at this location INCREDIBLY THIN. It... looks like a freaking thin crust pizza. Are they serious?????? I remember papa johns pizza use to be wayyy better and thickerand the toppings use to go underneath the cheese with the cheese on top which made it even thicker. This pizza was so thin!!!! Iordered two large hand tossed pizzas and feel like this location is ripping people off. They can?t be serious with this paperthin pizza. I ordered a hand tossed pizza not a thin crust. Papa Johns has a bad problem with filling their drivers orders first and making door dashers wait. They?ve even taken my dash... pizzas and given it to their drivers, making dash orders wait even longer for a new pizza to be made. If you order from thisstore through door dash expect a longer wait. I guess they don?t understand that no matter who delivers their screwing their owncustomers. Read more
Worst experience ever! The app malfunctioned. I tried calling the store and the phone number didn't work. Called the corporate... office and they tried the number and it didn't work. I had to pick up my food and then it wasn't made correctly. The personnelsaid sorry. No delivery but they took the tip and wouldn't refund. Had to make a second trip to get the food made correctly.Awful experience! Read more
Bread hair was in my pizza, asked for a refund and they refused to refund me. I even offered to take the pizza back, it was in... the first slice! That the owner doesn?t allow refunds just a credit for another pizza. Why would I want another pizza from aplace that doesn?t have the employees with facial hair wear a hair net or something! Freakin ridiculous! No top of that when Icalled to address the issue the person left me on hold for 8 min and then hung up on me! Read more
The pizza was good. Like many places, unless you get the specials offered, it can be a bit pricey. We got a large works pizza... and a 3 topping large pizza and it was just under $40. Good enough to go back, yes. The employees were very nice and helpfulalso. Read more
My order was ready in 20 minutes, as they stated. The pizzas were made just right and very fresh. We like the crust at Papa... John's the most, and of course the cheese. We ordered Pizza to watch Bar Rescue with friends. It seemed to hit the spot. Also wedidn't have to heat the kitchen or house up ordering take out. It was still over 100 degrees at the time and with company comingover, we wanted all be comfortable. The staff at the store were friendly and courteous. Employees not wearing hair nets on their beards. Employees touch other surfaces then continue making pizza without washing... hands. Manager is an older lady that looks like she might be mentally challenged or slow. Read more
