McDonald's has always had an issue with orders considering if you are a big family but something needs to happen because I went... here and got a big mac meal, a chicken nugget meal, 3 happy meals, 2 spicy chickens, and a cinnamon roll but when we got thefood we got 6 spicy chickens, no big mac nor chicken nuggets. I have gone to this mcdonalds numerous times since it opened and am aware that the management has changed there a few times and... am not surprised as every single time I have gone there I have always had to park out front and wait for my food after sittingin line in the drive through. I don't understand what is so hard about getting it together and delivering the food to you in thedrive through? Sounds like once again there needs to be another management change. RUDE lady at the drive thru. I avoid fast food restaurants and this is one of the reasons why I do. The guy that gave me my food... was kind and calm but the lady that was ?trying to resolve my concerns? was absolutely rude and had an attitude the moment shetried ?helping? me. Terrible customer service, ridiculous you have to pay for a ranch cup when you wanted one for the meal you ordered, and on top... of that their having everyone park at the front from drive through and there?s still other people waiting in those parkingspots. The food was okay, except I felt sick after eating it. The coffee I got was disgusting and watered down. My mom's coffee... tasted like hot dogs (something I've never experienced before) so we ended up throwing them both away. We ordered only twomcgriddles and we watched five orders go through the drive thru and everyone else in the lobby got their food first. The workersdid not work well together. I placed order trough the drive thru. I was given my coke and told to park up front. My cars pulled and left, but no ne for... me. Thirty minutes later I called and asked where my order was. Told they will got it out immediately. I am a year aroundresident and I work in radio advertising sales. I am totally frustrated with the service. It takes forever to get thru thedrive up. Many times the orders wrong. My decision is go to another restaurant who knows how to treat customers. Read more
Sat in the drive thru since 10am and got to the window at 10:31am and they wouldn't serve us breakfast. too many people in the... line to get out so had to order lunch. they forgot our sauce and ketchup. the big Mac is the worst I've ever seen Read more
Every time I come to this location the food is terrible. It?s never fresh or even close to fresh. I feel like the fries are... always soggy and barely warm and the burgers are shriveled up and gross. Management needs to take more pride in their store andmake some changes. I wouldn?t leave a review like this unless this was consistently my experience. Try harder guys! Read more
