I usually don?t review much but I have to if it can help another person. Ordered fish ceviche and noticed the fish was cut in... big chunks different from the regular small pieces, slightly gray, and appeared to have just been made, not ?cooked? inlime/lemon juice for hours as is customary with ceviche. The taste was good with the seasonings and condiments but the fish hadchewy pieces. I ate as much as I could minus the pieces I couldn?t chew. I paid for my meal and left. I ended up with anongoing food poisoning that lasted 4 days and still I?m feeling lingering effects. I regret not sending the food back andordering something else. My mistake was being afraid of appearing rude. I missed almost an entire week of work. I will not setfoot in that establishment again. Fish ceviche was my favorite food. I love it at Mar Azul. I ate it at two places in 8th streetand at a good truck in Somerton. I don?t know when I?ll have the courage to resume eating my favorite food after this horribleexperience. Read more
I highly recommend La Poma to everyone in town. They have the best ceviche and their flavor is excellent! I am allergic to... shrimp unfortunately and I would love to be able to buy more often. Since they open I have only been able to buy from themaround 3 times for myself since they run out of fish ceviche so quickly. I highly recommend you guys that if you know you runout quick of fish ceviche you should make a little more since it does sell. It?s always a bummer when my husband is the only onethat gets to eat from them and/or when I?m craving it really bad and they have run out of fish ceviche. You guys rock! Read more
One of a kind! I love how they stick to their unique style of mariscos. Absolutely set as one of my best places to eat for miles... around. Everything is so delicious! I can only super recommend \"La Tuna\" tostada and the aguachile verde. During high traffictimes, you will wait, but that\'s a given because it\'s not fast food. Best Mariscos in Yuma County. The aguachiles are fire ???? I highly recommend that you try them. You wont be disappointed.
I ordered the fish ceviche and octopus & shrimp ceviche tostadas. The fish one was a bit strong tasting but the octopus and... shrimp combo tostada was AMAZING. (Try it with their signature la apoma sauce) Told the owner I didn\'t like the fish one and hegladly traded it for another shrimp and octopus combo and took the fish one off my bill. Highly recommend this place, the aguachiles are delicious (either red or green), the ceviches and cocteles are on point! I don?t... give it five stars because it is pricey and they took close to 50 minutes for my order. The place is small to dine in with bigparties but if you want take out, they pack everything very well for you. Read more
