I was asked to wait outside or in my car because she (the worker) needed to clean the lobby yet couldnt because a crowd walked... in. I couldnt imagine asking the customers at my job to wait outside. Poor customer service and unfriendly staff. You cleanbetween customers and at close. Read more
Worst customer service! I selected littleceasearsonline.com to order my delivery not the doordash icon and it didn't tell me it... was doordash until I received an emailed receipt. When item was forgotten driver said we had to contact the store. The storesaid there was nothing they could do and had me call a 877 number and sit on hold forever; didn't even attempt to make it right.877 was very apologetic and processed refund...will take 7-10 days. Done with this store! Third time we've had issues with ourorders. It would be different if they actually cared. Read more
This place is an absolute joke. Ordered online so I just stop and pick my order out of the pizza portal. Get my message stating... order is ready for pickup. Arrived and absolutely no orders ready. Waited 15 minutes just let someone know I was there for myorder and they didn't even no if the order was ready or not. Manager was useless left the guy a the register by himself insteadof helping take care of customers. Read more
This location needs improvement at least on their online orders. It?s the second time I place an online order, get there 15... minutes later to pick up, order is not at the portal and for some reason if I don?t ask at the counter about it they don?t startmaking it. Seems like the employees don?t notice they got online orders until you get there and ask! Of course you have to wait5 more minutes which turn to 15.. People who walk in and order in counter after you would even get their order faster or at thesame time as yours.. I would be avoiding this location next time. Read more
I called and ordered my pizza online. I specified it was to be a cheese only Pizza. I arrived to pick up my pizza and was told... it had been made with pepperoni. It would take five minutes to remake it. Was I okay waiting out in my car? They would call mewhen it was ready.No I wasn't okay waiting in my hat car. I hadn't planned on waiting for pizza that I ordered an hour ago.However since I don't eat meat I had no choice but to wait for the correct pizza to be made. So much for customer service. Read more
