Placed an order on door dash. Contacted the store and spoke with a very nice gentleman. Let him know I just placed the order and... if they could please put extra extra extra vinegar and oil on our bowls. We get our bowls and mixed them to get ready to eat.Our bowls had no vinegar or oil on them. I call back to the store letting them know what was wrong with our bowls. The gentlemanI was speaking with handed the phone to the ?manager? whom was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her for her name she wouldnot reply. She began repeating again what she did herself. I asked for her name with no reply again. I asked again and she saidMaggie. I then asked to speak with the owner or the manager. She stated you can wait on hold. The Manager Dan gets on the phonei explain everything again. He stated he will handle his own employees and what would I like for him to do for me. I explained Iwould like my refund. He asked for the ticket number and then says oh I can?t do that you will have to get your refund from doordash. I have placed many??.. orders from this location. Never have I had a problem until today. It?s pretty sad when theemployees are more professional and have better customer service than the lead and manager. Read more

It was a little slow getting our food but that's because they were training a couple of new people. Other than that though the... food was very good and they were friendly - the young lady cutting the meat was very good at her job. I always recommend JerseyMike's to anyone that wants a great sub. Came in to order at 8:20 to order. Staff was friendly but noticeably annoyed we were coming in so close to closing (they close... at 9pm) then we ordered and he told us we would have to eat outside so they could close up which made no sense because weliterally ate in 5 minutes and then left. Just annoying having to eat outside when it?s 104F right now outside. The food wasexcellent as usual. 5 stars on food quality. 3 stars on the food price, too expensive and no good deals to take advantage ofat all. 3 stars on the customer service being sub par at best. Busy little shop. Love the fact that they slice all the meats fresh but their counters are always messy from the prep & the... orders seem to take a while. Friendly employees! Thankful they offer sweet tea too, most restaurant usually only haveunsweetened (yuck) they do have good food! Read more
