I frequently eat at this place as it is close to my job and it is a place to get a quick bite before and after work. I am not... doing this review for myself as I tend to ignore the world and mind my own business. However, this place has a somewhatunprofessional atmosphere, especially during the late shifts. The employees are loud and use foul language while on duty whichis easily overheard by the customers. The manager does not seem to mind and by looking at their behavior appears to be afraid toget the employees under control. I am a manager at my job and I would want someone to tell me if this was happening at my jobsite. Read more

Conveniently located across from base. We come here a lot more than we should. They get our order right everytime. Burgers and... fries occasionally cold but for the most part it's good. Love the curly fries and the buttery jack burger.. also the spicychicken sandwich is super good too! Read more
By far the worst Jack in the Box. Horrible customer service and overcooked food. I've been shorted in the drive-through multiple... times. When I pull around and go in, the staff gangs up to defend each other and basically call me a liar. Gave kids my friessince they didn't get any in their meals! Another occasion at the drive-through, the cashier spilled hot coffee on me as shehanded it to me. She apologized but did nothing to make it right. She just poured a new coffee and gave it to me. Didn't evenoffer napkins to clean the mess. I had to ask for extra napkins. When I went in to speak with the manager, he ignored my concernand told me there was nothing he could do. Food is good and the customer service is likewise. Only thing is, their ice cream machine is always down for cleaning late at... night/early in the morning. Supposedly, it isn't finished until around 8 am. I'm missing the reason why it takes 8 to 10 hoursto clean an ice cream machine. Read more

Pretended I wasn’t there and didn’t attend me till 15 minutes later. Employee seemed annoyed and unbothered.
