First time trying the Hawaiian BBQ place and it wasn?t too bad! Not outstanding but it was good. The food was finished in about... 15 minutes, it was served hot, and nice service. Menu isn?t super complicated, large portions, and we received everything wepaid for!! Dine-in, take-out, and online orders are offered!Also, being in the Yuma palms mall main plaza, there is outdoorseating too. We ordered the Chicken Katsu, Spam Musubi, and the original Hawaiian BBQ Chicken. We got minis on both of our maindishes and they were GOOD sized. ???? Dipping sauces were really yummy. This place has the most delicious macaroni salad ever, among other things. The milk teas & bobas/jellies were really good. It?s... located in a really cute outlet mall. The spam musabi had a little too much rice but it was still great. A great place to stopon the way home from vacations in Cali/Mexico. Read more
Ordered the BBQ plate & they only gave me a thin almost meatless piece of short rib. If it wasn't for the fact that I've eaten... here before with no issues, I'd rate Hawaiian BBQ a 1 star. The staff is nice but the girl (short hair chubby Hispanic girl) atthe register was upset that I didn't tip her for my take out order. Not cool at all! Yummy! I had the Seafood combo with the short ribs. Wow! The marinade on the ribs is amazing! The fried white fish and shrimp... are pretty standard. The macaroni salad was very pleasant. The chocolate smoothie was full of flavor with a medium-darkchocolaty-ness to it. This is a great place to eat in Yuma! Restaurant was very clean and tidy looking. The place isn?t bad. Food was ok. Definitely a change from the hype of L&L, in San Diego. It certainly has a wider variety to... choose from. Bathroom needed maintenance. One of the knobs on the faucet wasn?t working. Nevertheless, it?s a straight forwardplace to get a quick bite. Read more
I have been to many Hawaiian BBQ spots both in California and Texas especially in California and I am from California, and this... spot disappointed me. I paid $20 for BBQ Mix plate and was shocked to see the small quantity given. Barely any protein. Half ascoop of Macaroni Salad. Overpriced food for a small quantity. Either my plate was given no care or this what they really serveto customers. I understand prices are rising but at least provide a full plate with increasing the price with it, not the otherway around. Never had a bad experience with Hawaiian BBQ til now. Read more
