Horrible management and workers. They charge you incorrectly and keep the receipt! If you want it to change, STOP GOING HERE!... Next time you think Carl's Jr, PICK SOMETHING ELSE. Make them change. You will be glad you did because anything you pick will bebetter then this. Read more
Usually the food is not to good. Haven't gone for a long time. But last night delicious. Must have new management.
Great fries, burgers ok, milkshakes dismal. Last few times the milkshakes were like chocolate milk. Super runny.
Asked for a small combo then when I got charged I was not handed a receipt, I asked for a receipt not knowing I got charged for... a large combo. I got my food and I got a small combo but was charged for a large, cashier was Edith. She could?ve just fixed iton the spot knowing she charged me wrong. Read more

The hours posted are never right. Menu lights on and car in parking lot but no one answers the drive thru. wouldn't be so bad if... online Google posts the restaurant is open till 12 am. Showed up at 10pm no one says anything in the drive lane , even whenmenu is turned on. Not really sure when they close, they only seem open in the morning and afternoon. The staff is polite and the food was better than other nearby places. The last time I was there I was to meet friends. They had... a flat tire. So instead of waiting outside, I went in and told the girl about the problem. And that I would order when they gotthere. She asked if I was going to have a drink, I said I was so she gave me a cup so I could have a drink while waiting. Icould not believe the rudeness of some of the customers. Tried one of the new burgers that I saw on tv.. The big Carl, slow service, which I understand as long as my food is hot, well... I will say I was disappointed, it was completely smashed down, fries were cold, bought a shake and it was runny, like milk. Youknow how it goes, hit or miss. I won't go back to this one! Read more
