No Ice, no napkins, no shakes, lazy and bad customer service!! The young cashier apologized and was really nice about it and... honestly she has been the only one with a positive attitude and good work ethic. Sometimes we only have limited time to getfood and Carl?s Jr. always takes forever to prepare 1 order. I will be reaching out to corporate because this is unacceptable, our Marines deserve better. If you like waiting a long time for the wrong order this is your place. If you like getting drinks for the drive-thru dripping... in soda they get soda all over the inside of your car look no further. If you want to get home and open up The box that hasyour food in it and find out it looks disgusting You're going to love this Carl's Jr. Read more

Food is good. If you go through the drive thru, be prepared to be pulled forward.... regardless if any one is behind you. Over... the past two years, I'm on 20+ times in a row. The drive thru timer is really important here Read more

I originally posted this 4 months ago but I felt the need to edit this. Horribly slow. Only one that seems to be working with... any speed in their step was this young lady. She took my order and prepared it while the others just stood around talking inSpanish. I fail to see how someone can be a shift leader( I'mean assuming that's what the black shirt represents) if they don'tknow how to fully run the store. Such as take orders and cook. It seems like alls it takes to be a shift leader is to standaround while the younger workers do everything. A few weeks back I saw the same thing except the only one working was a ladywho seemed pregnant. The manager was even there that day just talking to 2 others! Atleast the few younger employees payattention and serve the customers with haste. Honestly considering sending this review to a regional manager if possible. Ifthe older employees don't want to work perhaps the younger ones should be promoted. This marine won't be doing business thereuntil I see changes. *Still just as slow. On my way in to the food court there was a girl washing the drive thru menu so Iassumed there would be someone standing around waiting to take orders. No one was ready to serve us customers stanning aroundfor 5+ minutes and having to call out "hello?". A woman wearing a black shirt named Elsa or Elisa, something like that finallycame out with no haste in her steps. I'm assuming black shirts are shift leaders? Or managers? Whichever it represents, horrible customer service. After taking one order she walked to the back and thankfully the girl that was cleaning the menuoutside came in and started taking orders. Whoever that young girl is seems to be the only one taking her job seriously. Theothers seem like lazy good-for-nothings. I would've thought the leaders would have been better considering yesterday wasVeterans day! Good grief. Read more
