Pizza is very very good. If you ask for extra you definitely get extra and your not charged for each item. James (owner) and... Wess (manager) go the extra mile to please. The Stromboli is delicious also. It is a very casual dining. There is a smalldining area inside and tables outside or pick up and go. It hasn't been open very long and I see improvements every visit. Husband and I were craving pizza and didn?t want a chain place and wanted something genuine and we found the angry Italian. Best... pizza we?ve had so far. Not to mention their deserts were just as delicious. Amazing customer service too and you can tell theyreally care about you while you?re dining with them. Presentation was beautiful, loaded with toppings, the sauce was sweet with a kick. The butter on the crust was delicious. My... only complaint is maybe a little more cheese so the toppings hold and bake a little longer as the center was almost too soft,but other than that some of the best pizza in town!! Read more
Decided to try this place because I kept seeing good reviews on Yuma Rants and Raves Facebook page. Since I am visiting I made... it a point to stop today since they are closed Monday and Tuesday. So, I called in my order. As soon as someone picked up Icould hear the friendliness in his voice. I placed my order for a large pepperoni, black olive, and mushroom pizza and apepperoni Stromboli. The friendly voice made sure I knew where they are located and told me to give him about 15-20 minutes. Iheaded over and was there in 10 minutes. Sat in my car for about 3 minutes and decided to get down and just let them know I washere. No rush. I paid for my order and the friendly voice advised it was in the oven and would be done soon. I took a seat andwithin a few minutes my order was ready and I headed home. So, as soon as I grabbed the boxes, the smell that hit me washeavenly. Smelled soo good. Rushed home and took the photos I posted. The pizza is really good. I like the thin crust with anice crispy crunch to it. The pepperoni tasted fresh and the crust was soft and had very good flavor. The Stromboli was alsojust as delicious and easily shared by 2 adults. Maybe 3 if you don't have huge appetites. It was our first time ordering from here so naturally we wanted to try a little of everything. We ended up ordering the Family... Dinner (Mom's Night Off), which includes: 1 Large pizza - (we ordered our go-to favorite toppings) 1 stromboli - ChickenAlfredo 1 Sauteed Pasta - Dad's Favorite which we were told is already generally mild spicy, so we decided to go all in andorder it WILD spicy 1 order of Angry bread AND we also got an order of stuffed mushrooms The pizza was delicious. Great crust,savory toppings. The stromboli was good. My wife enjoyed it and I did as well, but when compared to the rest of the spicy foodwe got, it became sort of vanilla. We'll definitely try out their other strombolis next time. I thoroughly enjoyed the WILDsauteed pasta but it became too much for my wife. She said her mouth was on fire the whole time and had to eat it so fast justso she could get over it. I didn't have that problem. I actually enjoyed the spice and that little burn I got on the lips. So ifyou're a fan of spicy stuff, WILD might be just right for you, otherwise, maybe start off with the mild and see if you likeit. The ANGRY bread was cheesy and the jalapenos were a tasty topping. I didn't feel they were too hot, but they added thatdelicious vinegary taste to each bite. And finally the stuffed mushrooms. I wish I would have gotten two orders of those. Theywere so good. I ordered a small meatball pizza and a small sausage, pineapple, jalapeño. Both were delicous but the meatball was better. The... crust here is thin but soft, what some would call ?hand tossed.? They are in the process of going from ?food truck? (actually afood trailer) to permanent location. I will be back to try the pastas and Stromboli. Read more
