I m a regular of TSC for years and unfortunate not all locations are efficient. Today I got a meal from Yulee location and I... have to say the three girls who worked that shift were awesome! Cafe was super busy and even having to wait, their calm andprofessional attitude made the experience very pleasant. Employer, treat good your good employees bcs they are very hard to findthis days! This location really was disappointing. I ordered using the mobile app and was scheduled to pick up at 12:27pm Friday afternoon... on 6/10/2022 at the Yulee location. I went inside at 12:25pm and waited for my smoothie to be ready. I only order 1 smoothie andthe manager was putting the smoothies And food orders for the online/mobile orders and I saw my smoothie sit on the counter for10 minutes while I waited. As I waited I watched other customers come in order smoothies and food and get their drinks and foodand leave while I waited. Then I heard the employees talking about running out of lids and the manager let them know they wouldjust use plastic wrap to cover the smoothies. I was still waiting and watching people come in and order and leave and still mysmoothie sat on the counter without a lid. Finally at 12:39pm 12 minutes past my pick up time the manager picked up the smoothiethat had been left for all of this time on the counter without a lid wrapped the entire thing in plastic wrap and stuck it inthe to go window. No one ever asked me what I was waiting for no one spoke to me at all. I wasn?t offered if maybe I wouldrather have my smoothie in a small cup so I could have a lid nope. I got a smoothie that sat for more then 10 minutes without alid wrapped in the plastic wrap. I was so upset I couldn?t even drink it. I left and I will never go back to this location. Isubmitted a complaint on the app but didn?t hear back from anyone. Terrible customer service. Terrible service all around!BEWARE DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! 6/14/2022 Update: the response from the company is asking for me to submit more details. Idid this several times on 6/10/2022. I haven?t heard anything back from those requests. No one has contacted me from the websitecomplaint system which is why I submitted this review. Great place for smoothies. The Yulee, FL location was very short staffed today (happens to the best of places) and the woman... working solo during a huge rush did a fabulous job. She was calm and polite despite I think 20+ orders pending. She deserves araise it huge bonus!! Read more
Had the Caprese with vegan/chicken and a Detox Island smoothie. Thought the price was a bit expensive but worth it in the end.... It was incredible. I also downloaded the ap and I am collecting points for a 5.00 discount for future purchases. Read more
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is such a great healthy choice... not to mention it tastes absolutely fantastic. I've always loved this... place, I wish they had one in Chattanooga where I live. It's always a pleasure to stop by while I'm in Florida. Go ahead and trythe Sunrise Sunset smoothie and the Baja wrap, that's what I got. So delicious!!! First time customer, service was friendly. The person making mine was flying through making six at a time, but she looked like... she was almost dancing while she smiled and made small talk with customers. Fun to watch and my order was delicious! Read more
