This location is the only place open right now within about 15 miles. We just sat for 30 mins in line after being told to wait... and someone would take our order. This wait time does not include the time we waited just to get up to the speaker to order. Noone ever came back to the speaker to take our order. After 3 cars pulled out of line behind us, we left as well. They are shortstaffed and open 24 hours. They need to do something. Read more

Just did a drive thru order so I can address the cleanliness of the establishment, but the food was on par with the usual... McDonald's standards. I do prefer their milkshakes over others because they are thick while not being so thick that you can notpossibly get the shake up thru the straw. Other places have milkshakes so thick that they give you a spoon, but no straw soeven if you let it melt down a bit you'll have to remove the lid & ever so carefully, & at the perfect angle, try to pour justthe right amount into your mouth. Hoping that a milkshake avalanche doesn't slide down the cup and onto your face. Tough to dodriving on the Interstate. Slowest MCDs ever been in drive through line over 17 minutes. Ridiculous!!! If your goal is to deliver an outstanding... experience you?re far from it. I come here all the time bc I work late at night and here recently the night shift like to turn the building and parking lights... off and just keep on the sign light and appear to be closed when they don't close until midnight. So people dont come throughthe drive through. Ive even been ignored by a black manager lady at 10:30 pm in the drive thru. They would not take my order andjust kept cleaning. Also the food is always cold and old at night. I feel like applying there so I can show them how to run thenight shift professionally. Bad business. They lost a every night customer after that last scene. I might pop through themorning but never at night. They are awful and rude. Beware Read more
Horrible customer service! Had an attitude about a mobile order placed and they still got the order wrong.
Always get great, quick service and my order is right.
