They know how to make it without you having to say light sauce. Isay this for my Yulee hungry Howie's and still too much sauce. Honestly this is the best hungry howies there is, the service is exceptional. Nick and Matt are wonderful employees. You get... better service here than you do at most fancy restaurants. Customer service there today was exceptional, Skylar prepared my pizza and had it ready the second I walked through that door... after the given wait time. The pizza was cooked to perfection, had a perfect balance of toppings and was packed full of flavor.Matt provided great customer service at checkout and both employees had a positive attitude and were very professional. 11/10would eat again! Ordered curbside pizza for pick up @6 drove all the way home just for my family and 5 year old daughter to bite into a cold... pizza. The pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. So i drove all the way back to get a refund. Explained twice to the worker thatthe pizza wasn't cooked all the way. She gets the manager to come to the curbside window. Again i explained myself to him theproblem was the cold pizza under cooked Pizza. He gives me half my refund and continue talking about how normally no refund isgiven only half off another pizza. I just up my window and drove off. Yall already wasted my gas and time now you trying tolecture me about store policy. Never coming here again for pizza ! Working on a Saturday and wanted lunch out but didn't want to leave. Ordered a Greek Salad and cheese pizza for me and my kid... who had to tag along. So good! The salad was fresh and LOADED with yummy veggies. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious.Delivery time was listed as 50 but I got it in about 30 minutes. The delivery guy was so nice! Ordered at 627 PM on a Thursday. Online showed a 45 minute wait. After an hour we called and were told they were busy but our... order was coming out of the oven. After another hour without our food we called and spoke to the manager. We were told thatonline should have stated a 70 minute wait, which didn?t matter much because it already had been 120 minutes. Manager said itwas coming out of the oven (again?) and would be on the way immediately. Ended up arriving at 936 pm, 3 hours and 9 minutes.Food quality was not up to expectations. Very disappointed. The GM was very helpful when I... was placing my order, and Jackson, who runs the front, made sure to ask where I lived, to tell me that they do deliver to myhouse. My pizza was perfect.
