Honestly this is the best hungry howies there is, the service is exceptional. Nick and Matt are wonderful employees. You get... better service here than you do at most fancy restaurants. Customer service there today was exceptional, Skylar prepared my pizza and had it ready the second I walked through that door... after the given wait time. The pizza was cooked to perfection, had a perfect balance of toppings and was packed full of flavor.Matt provided great customer service at checkout and both employees had a positive attitude and were very professional. 11/10would eat again! Ordered curbside pizza for pick up @6 drove all the way home just for my family and 5 year old daughter to bite into a cold... pizza. The pizza wasn't even cooked all the way. So i drove all the way back to get a refund. Explained twice to the worker thatthe pizza wasn't cooked all the way. She gets the manager to come to the curbside window. Again i explained myself to him theproblem was the cold pizza under cooked Pizza. He gives me half my refund and continue talking about how normally no refund isgiven only half off another pizza. I just up my window and drove off. Yall already wasted my gas and time now you trying tolecture me about store policy. Never coming here again for pizza !
