Went in to get a milkshake and workers kept walking by not a hey be right with you or how are you. Will never try again.
Customer service was great with an exception of one young female who stood out with an attitude. Our smoothies were delicious.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience here. At first we were going to drive through and pick up some ice cream, but since we... didn't know what flavors were available, the young woman helping us told us to come inside and taste what we like. We did and wewere so excited to try her recommendation (the pumpkin cheesecake yumm!!) and pick out what we wanted. Everyone was super niceand sweet and the restaurant was immaculately clean! Never again... We took our family to Baskin Robbins in Yulee for some afternoon ice cream for the kids and were welcomed with... loud complaining from the employees to one another without even a look of acknowledgment to us. We were the only customers inthe place. The ice cream server was very put out when I asked for 2 sundays for our 2yr and 4yr olds. They had run out offudge?? Then she banged around the empty and clean container where the fudge would have been. I believed you. No problem. Ithen asked if we could try a flavor of ice cream at which point the server audibly let out a guffaw and rolled her eyes. Mywife then quietly asked if we could go across the street for ice cream instead of dealing with this service. You know it wasbad to suggest taking 2 wide eyed kiddos away from ice cream that is inches from their face. But that is what we did. Weliterally packed up a very disappointed 2 and 4yr old into their car seats and went to race track where we had a great time.Their disappointment was turned to joy with the fact that they were now treated to Double the amount of ice cream and toppingsfor their patience. Awful bagels ..dry and hardened. .. Donut was old and bad tasting. Can't believe they would sell old food. Management should... be fired or franchise taken away. Not one off occurrence either...consistently bad food and service....less than one star. Read more
Every time we come here, they don't have something that is on their menu. Ordered a warm cookie sundae. I received a warm... cookie sandwich. I told the girl I ordered a sundae and she replied oh we don't have hot fudge or Carmel here. That's funnycause every item except the sandwich and regular ice cream requires one or the other. She replies we don't control what's onthe menu. This place s@&$s! Wish cold stone creamery was closer. Read more
It?s 9:40pm, lights on but doors lock. Door sign says close at 10pm as well as online. Workers saying nothing but inside, moving... around! Get the hours right or honor the hours posted on your door. Read more
