This federal law applies to all businesses open to the public, including restaurants,hotels, taxis and shuttles, grocery and department stores, hospitals and medical offices, theaters, health clubs, parks, andzoos. Businesses that serve the public must allow people with disabilities to enter with their service animal. Businesses mayask if an animal is a service animal or ask what tasks the animal has been trained to perform, but cannot require special IDcards for the animal or ask about the person's disability. People with disabilities who use service animals cannot be chargedextra fees, isolated from other patrons, or treated less favorably than other patrons. We just dropped for a couple of sweet treats. The chocolate chip cookie was just ok. But the banana chocolate chip gluten free... muffin was most and delicious. This is an amazing little spot. The sweet potato breakfast bowl was so good and my daughter loved her cinnamon roll (which was... definitely as big as her head). While you may see some negative reviews related to service dogs and ADA, we happened to be atthe restaurant when a young lady in a wheelchair entered and the entire staff was super accommodating to make sure she couldaccess everything.
