The mgr and cashier sure could use an adjustment towards customer.know this Arby's was really good when they first opened now if... you go up there at night I saw six people customers walk out tonight because the managers and the employees were talking aboutthey only had one person in the back two people up front and drive through was getting their food faster and I heard a managersay well it's the order in which we take it but yet you have drive-thru getting all of their food and people in line in frontnot getting theirs yeah they need some improvement??????? Have been to this location several times before with no issues. Food and service has always been good. Today, the service was... terrible. I ordered through the app and the app instructs you to pick up your food from inside. If the lobby is closed, then youcan go through the drive thru. It was sprinkling and there were only a few cars in the parking lot and drive thru. I pulledthrough the drive thru to see if I can get my order that way (since it was sprinkling) ... nope. Have to go inside. Noproblem. I go inside, there was one other person in the lobby waiting for their order. A girl at the cash register said nothingto me but just went about drinking HER MILKSHAKE at the REGISTER and then walked away to start her break, I assume. Then, I'mstanding next to the designated pick up area, and another lady is wiping down the soda fountain area and complaining and cursingunder her breath (but loud enough to be easily heard) while cleaning up. App said my order would be ready at a certain time.We've exceeded that time by several minutes at this point. I see a gentleman getting my order together. Everything is packed upand ready, I'm almost out of here! Nope again. A person comes in to order and he turns around, takes the order while my entireorder is behind him, stapled up and drinks waiting. ::sigh::. So he takes her order, turns around and then puts my order on thestand. Again, not one word from an employee the entire time I was there unless you count the cursing behind me. I don't expectanything crazy, I know I'm going to a fast food establishment. And I'm extremely understanding. Today, it was just bad and Ihope it was a perfect storm of just bad experiences on this particular trip and not the new regular. I would like to suggest anoption on the app to be able to pick up through the drive thru or a parking spot. I order through the app for particular reasons(anxiety and a physical disability included). I wanted to check and sandwich and they had to type I wanted but when I got home they gave me the wrong sandwich it was a... barbecue sandwich and had so much sauce and everything on it by the time I got home the bun was soaked, there's a bunch ofchildren in there they were kind of rowdy from the counter person took care of my order to his friends that's all I got to sayeverybody that reads this you have a blessed day Read more

I rarely get a chance to go to Arbys and when I do, more often than not I get disappointed. Today, they didn?t look busy at all... or at least drive through wasn?t. I ordered a basic meal and of all the things they can forgot, they forget the fries! The lasttime they put cheese sauce instead of actual cheese in my wrap with no lettuce. What next?! The customer service was ok but the food was subpar. The Au Ju dip was disgusting and barely any flavor. It tasted like watered... down beef bouillon. The fries were not salted and we wasn't offered any condiments nor were any added to the bag. Read more

Orders were incomplete and wrong. I understand they?re new and trying, but there was some disappointment with my grandpas order.... He ordered a meal deal for two chicken sandwiches. He only received one. And the one he did get, didn?t even have a chickenpatty. It had two little strips in its place. Lazy! My order was only missing the ?dip? sauce to my ?French Dip?sandwich.
