Visiting from Seattle. This location is a disgrace for the company. The barista thought it was okay to serve my drink like this.... I had 3 total drinks. Drove across town for my family to find this. Drove back and the supervisor Jessica didn?t seem to care,expressed no concern. Lea (spelling? She had buzzed hair on the side) the barista didn?t engage with customers at all like theyusually do. They tried to charge me for my drink replacement before I said it should be free. I saw you got an award forfastest drive thru. I?m curious to see your accuracy results as it?s likely high errors. Great coffee, and today I appreciate their support of veterans!
Been at this one 3 times and all times they have not done the correct drink. I got a tea (honey citrus mint)today and for only 4... ingredients they needed they only added water and citrus mint tea. A few weeks ago they gave me a pure coffee dark not what Iordered at all and I had to walk back in and have them remake it.
