This sonic is the worse sonic I have been too . The customer service was awful ! . So it?s 99 cent mozzarella sticks days and I... ordered 5 small mozzarella sticks on my app , on the app it says that the marinara sauce comes with the mozzarella sticks so Ijust added ranch so I could have both , I get to the location and the carhop comes outside and hands me this bag with only 3ranch in it so I asked if she would bring my marinara and another ranch she was nice at first until she came out the second timewith one marinara sauce and a few ranch , I told her that I needed more sauce and she told me she was gonna charge me for it .Number 1 I have worked at sonic for years I have never once charged someone for it and 2 she was so rude when she said it . Thenshe went back inside and had the manager come on the intercom and tell me it?s policy that they charge for sauce and then Shehung up on me so I kept hitting the button as I got hung up on about 5 time ! . She finally answers and was just so rude Ipolitely ask for a manager and she comes outside so I showered her my app wear it says each mozzarella sticks should have camewith at least one marinara she continued to fight with me and then walked away saying that she was gonna call the police on me ?over sauce ! . First visit to this Sonic. Pulled into first stall, the machine wasn't working. It'd been helpful if a sign was placed on it... saying it was out of service. Pulled into another and had to repeat my order 3 times because the young lady was havingdifficulty with her headset going in and out. Food came and no sauce for popcorn chicken (ketchup). I asked for some as she wastaking my card in for payment. She returned, I tipped, (no ketchup). Then I pushed button to request some and when she broughtit out she tossed it into my hand and it fell all in the car. The food was delicious though. Read more
The food and service are always good at this location but I usually avoid going because it's so hard to get in and out... especially if there is much traffic at all. Read more

Incompetent managers, my food is always messed up. Ordered today came home it was wrong DROVE BACK, got home and it was wrong... again. A $10 meal cost me $10 in gas as well. Don?t bother with this location the mustang location is better. Read more
Order was wrong ordered cheddar bites and was charged for them , and was given small tator totes. Very disappointed in how much... the prices have increased versus the size. Ordered popcorn chicken was given a medium size and the chicken is equivalent to achild size meal . So disappointed ???? Read more
