By far the worse Sonic I have been to. They need to shut this location down or hire new staff. I keep coming back thinking... things would change but never do. Last time I was there they lost my order, after 30 minutes I pushed the red button to tellthem and the guy came over the speaker and said "hey baby how can I help you"....you could hear the girls laughing in thebackground...needless to say I told them about it and the wouldn't even give a refund after I ask. As a long time patron of this Sonic, I will no longer be returning. After waiting 15 minutes for an iced tea and watching 5... cars come and go next to me only to be given a luke warm tea with no ice, I thought it might be a bad day. Tried them again afew days later. Waited for 10 minutes for 2 drinks only to be brought the wrong drinks and then given an attitude for askingfor my actual order. I thought I was done, but I was in a hurry this morning and was craving a breakfast burrito. It came outfast and I was pleasantly surprised until I got work and found it was just a fistfull of scrambled eggs and MAYBE four tinypieces of sausage and possibly a hint of cheese. No more. I'm done. Suggestion: if you call something a "sausage burrito",put some sausage in there! I wish these were my only bad experiences, but sadly these are just the last 3. Read more

I have been going to this Sonic for years, and the quality of the food, as well as the establishment itself have crumbled over... the last year. I have had so many bad experiences at this location recently, and that's why I'm writing this review. Whensomeone is paying $30-50 to feed their family "fast food", it should at the very least be hot and arrive correct. I constantlyhave to go to multiple screens to order before finding one that works. This last time, the popcorn chicken was piping hot whilethe fries were cold, not warm but actually cold. The burger was missing a patty and had the wrong condiments on it. The friedcheese were (all but 1) completely un-melted inside. Multiple times, they were out of several things but neglected to tell meuntil after I had ordered and payed, then sent a carhop to tell me and ask what I wanted instead. They NEVER give out therequested condiments in the bag. You must ask them to go get them after they deliver the food, causing you to wait even longer.Multiple times I've gotten home to find I'm missing food, or I was given someone else's order. I would definitely recommendgoing to the Sonic on the Southside (I will not be back to this one). The staff at this location is no longer concerned aboutquality or customer service in the least. There are 2 other Sonics in Yukon and this one should just close it's doors if theydon't care anymore... Edit - I have done as the response said, and elevated this complaint. Wow, very disappointing, I should have listened to the other bad reviews. Placed a mobile order for some breakfast, waited for a... decent amount of time before it was brought out. I ordered the super sonic breakfast burrito and was pretty disappointed. Theburrito didn?t even have tots inside like it was supposed to, and instead of diced tomatoes, they threw two slices of tomatoeson there (gross). Will not be returning again. Read more
