A disaapoint about 40% of the time. About twice a year we try it again, because the pizza is competitive. Messing up the order... is too consistent. Botched the order causing an addituon wait upon pick up, then handed over the wrong pizza, so had to returnagain. Interfered with what we planned, took about an hour too long to finally get what we ordered, WITHOUT A REFUND OR EVEN ANOFFER OF CONSIDERATION IN ANY FORM OR MANNER. Officially done with this location. Have been ordering here for years. Has been going down hill more and more. We ordered Sept... 21st, for pick up, a large and medium pizza. Arrived and walked in, was completely ignored by the young woman behind the counterwho was more concerned about her phone, along with another employee. After standing in front of them, eventually they stood upfrom leaning on counter and other employee left. Lady says name, and I give it. She tell me the price only and I proceed toenter my card. Nothing happens and i just stand there while she texts. I eventually ask if something else needs to happen. Shedidn't press something on the computer, she does without a word and my payment goes through. She then turns to where my pizzasare sitting and proceeds to get on her phone again, make or take a call, saying a few words, then stands there texting. I'mlike, blown away. Finally get the pizza once she is done texting. Says nothing else and I leave. Unbelievably terrible terriblecustomer service skills. 1 pizza was correct, 1 was not. Ordered family deal online with the bar b que chicken pizza. I selected no onions but it somehow got deselected. We call and... speak to the manager who says it's doesn't say anything about no onions on our end and hung up. I order pizza here all the timebut will never again. $28 for a large pepperoni pizza because the other is covered with onions that we can't eat. Terribleservice Papa Johns. Read more
I don?t know how much they pay Mary but she needs a raise. She?s always my delivery driver and she always arrives before... expected. She?s amazing. This papa Johns is literally my favorite one nationwide. I travel all over and I swear to it theone in Yukon is the actual best one. Read more
I?ve used this place several times to get a good sample of how this business operates. Not great. Consistently 30 minutes over... the delivery time they give you due to the lack of staffing. If you can?t deliver, don?t offer it. If you do order somethinghere, do yourself a favor and pick it up in person so you can address any errors then. Read more
I ordered for my kids a hawaiian pizza w/ ham, pinapple, & bacon and received a sausage, pepperoni, & ham. They can't eat it so... I have to eat it day by day. Called the store then put me in hold then hang up the phone twice. Terrible and i won't be backagain. Read more
I ordered the new extra large 1 topping pizza at 12.99 and got a large pizza in an extra large pizza box. Very Bad business... practice. What a gimmick charged me 12.99 for a large 1 topping pizza. Yeah you got me but wont happen again. Read more
We order pizza almost every Sunday. Mary was our delivery driver one time. Mary was so nice. Since that 1st Sunday she delivers... our pizza most of the time. She is the best delivery driver for Papa John's. Papa John's has a great employee right here. Thankyou Mary you're the BEST!!!! Read more
