We don't go to ihop often because they just dont have the customer service. Our waitress this particular visit was very... pleasant. But even though there were only a few tables it took a long time for everything. Our food came out barely warm, ittook a long time to get our drinks, we finally got up and found our own silverware. The place has not been all that cleananytime we have been there. And again this particular visit the young guy at the front who seated us acted annoyed, literallydrug his feet and made a ton of noise all the way to our table, and his long greasy looking hair covered his face. This place has definitely gone down hill. I don?t even think they had a manager on site when we were there. Me and my friends... waited at least 10 minutes before someone recognized us at the front to seat us. We waited another 15 minutes before we had awaiter take our drink and food order and we only saw him maybe 3 times, he never checked on us. The restaurant was not even aquarter full, 7 tables at most had people. There were at least that many tables that were full of dirty dishes and cups, whichdidn?t get started to be picked up until we were finished eating, and even then 2-3 of those tables still weren?t touched. Thisis definitely not the same IHOP it used to be. They can?t blame this stuff on the pandemic because we?re past that point. Plusthey have renovated the place which you would think they would be more well kept. I understand my friends and I were thereduring evening hours but there should be no excuses to be that lazy. First walking through the door, we weren't greeted, and we were here on buissness and wanting to do some coffee and hot... chocolate and we're really excited about that. Well about ten minutes later we were seated finally, the waitress gave us themenus, and then walked off without saying a word. We was going through our paperwork and talking and kept looking for thewaitress but she was never seen. Literally 40 minutes later we were done, still never got to order our drinks, several peoplewho worked there went by. Finally I had to be loud to get this waiters attention just to come and take our order. He wasapologetic and nice, so we went ahead and ordered our drinks and got an appetizer. He brought me the wrong hot chocolate, but iwasn't going to correct it at this point and just accepted it, and we got our food. Half way through our appetizer he asked ifwe wanted a to go box. Now I felt rushed to get out of IHOP, after their customer service was horrible and I was enjoyingtalking with my husband. So we took the box and left, I won't come here again for a long time. They need way better customerservice. I watched two waitresses on the other side of me stand around having a conversation within the 40 minutes of no serviceto my table. The facility was nice, but staff were not very attentive. There were a couple of staff working solid, but others were just... leaning on the counter talking. It took us awhile to get our drinks. The food was good and hot. Asked for napkins severaltimes and finally got our own from a stack on the end of the counter. Staff were friendly enough just didn't get things done. Read more
We got the Minions banana pudding pancakes and the bacon temptation omelet. Both entrees were prepared well. The flavor of... both was exceptional. We both ordered hash browns as our side. Also cooked well (needed salt though). The highlight of thevisit though was the service. Sally was extremely pleasant and attentive! She is amazing! Read more
Great food, hot coffee. *strange* heat was out on one 13rd of the building. Good service. Orange juice was the bomb!
I must give four stars definitely because their customer service is amazing, we ordered two deals with chicken and fish but... quantity was very less so they gave us a free one more dish. Pan cakes were so yummy Nd food taste was just okay. Fish taste wasnot as good but because of customer service I will give them four stars ? Read more
