Really friendly staff, they're right down the street from us so if we ever need last minute eggs and milk it's always there.... Great breakfast, love the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. Always hot and fresh. Probably one of their best locations Read more
I went in to buy milk and coffee creamer at around 9:00pm on a Sunday evening. I waited at the cash register in the grocery area... for quite some time. Many of the employees noticed me, but not one offered to come over and check me out. I finally walked overto the food counter and asked if I could check out there. Then I had to ask for a sack. The employee got me a sack and thenhanded it to me. I had to sack my own groceries. Not a good way to treat your customers. What happened to customer service? Sofrustrating. I was somewhat disappointed with the service I received from this store. I believe and I?ve met Mr. Braums himself in my... lifetime and one thing I learned from him is he wanted honesty. I requested a simple cookies and cream shake and was given aOreo shake. I knew that it was Oreo because it had the Oreo feeling in it but the thing that bothered me was that the employeelied to my face when I watch him make it an asked him if it was cookies and cream an when I checked the ice cream box in thefreezer it was empty. 2. This is a restaurant and place a lot business and profanities are used all the time, But being it is abusiness employees in the back should not be able to be heard using profound words there are children the come to this place aswell as are much older adults and they need to have the courtesy of not using these words or at least saying them out loud orpeople in the front can hear them. My first time to any Braums and i loved it. I got onion cheeze, A2milk, muffins, youguart, macaroons and more at the grocrey. I... also got the Best icecream cone i may have ever had. Sopapia cheesecake and peach trippel bery. OMG SO GOOD. Read more
