Terrible service on this visit. There was zero chance for us to place an order through the drive thru, the person taking orders... asked me if I wanted anything else after every word I tried to speak. Needless to say I pulled away and left. Read more

The food at this location is terrible I went through the drive thru to pick up meals for a elderly couple and it was 10:30am so... they just started serving lunch but nothing was fresh how that happens is beyond me the buns were burnt but soggy because theyput around 20 pickles on the burger yes 20 I've never seen so many pickles on 1 burger and about half a inch of onions and allthe food tasted old like it was left over in the fridge a few days then warmed in a microwave I know because I tasted it I waslike it can't be that bad that they didn't want to eat it but they were right and the fries were cold and stale this locationneeds major help I won't be back for quite some time hopefully by then staff will change and maybe it will be a decent Braumseventually Read more

Young man at counter bickering with a friend. Never said a word to me. A young lady doing some cleaning watched for a couple... minutes then she took my order (wish I'd noticed their names) Ordered crispy chicken sandwich, got home, NOT crispy (even tho'she ordered it correctly) but just chicken sandwich which was like trying to eat a rubber chicken! Fries felt hot in the sack,were OK.. got cold by time got home abt 5 mins.. Hardly ever get burgers etc anymore from any Braum's made wrong choice tonite. I thot would save a stop since was getting milk. Market is normally efficient since they have moremature workers in that area. As it was tonite. Read more

Went to this braums shortly before they close after i got off work and while i understand that is annoying, the workers at this... location were INCREDIBLY rude. we were yelled at and kicked out before close after they took 20 minutes to take our order. usand another couple were glared at, heard the workers talking bad about us, and scoffed at. they continually attempted to kick usout and yelled at us for being in the restaurant while waiting for our food. usually have a great experience at this locationand i don?t leave reviews like this but night workers on Aug. 27 were ridiculously disrespectful. Had the poppyseed salad last night. Chicken was old & dressing had turned. I stopped after a few bites, but have been... experiencing non-stop cramping all night and as I write this. I?ve given this location several tries. NO MORE! What ishappening with braums? Just horrible. Read more

It's a new store but it's not very well finished. It took 9 minutes to receive our food for dine in. We were the only ones... ordering. Coffee took 9 minutes as well. There are flys all over, no one is cleaning tables. Everything is sticky already. Sofor a new location it's not up to par yet. Read more

Update: 4 days later, the manager of the store calls with a fake apology. Cuts me off in middle of speaking, says he will give... us a gift card and that he has spoken to the employee. It was not about the card! It was about the disrespectful attitude. Ashort comings leader will have the same under him, after this call I understand where Shelby saw his dealings in the matter wereok. We won't return to this store. The first two weeks the new Braum's was as expected. Clean fairly well stocked, the stafffriendly welcoming helpful. Now it's been a little more than a few weeks and has immediately gone downhill. Most of theemployees have adopted the same attitude as any employee that's been working in fast food or at a Walmart for a long time, andit's only been a few weeks. At 7:45am, an empty parking lot at the time, my husband and I thought we would start our morningwith a breakfast picnic at the lake and enjoy some Braums. Instead our days begining was sour with pour attitude and rudeness.We went to the drive-thru on Tuesday, Aug. 31st. Ordered and paid. The girl handed me my card and sent me on my way to the nextwindow. I stayed at the pay window and requested a receipt. At which time the girl now explains to me, she couldn't give me areceipt because the printer wasn't printing out. I nicely asked if I could get a $5 gift certificate as the sign on the windowsays " if we fail to OFFER you a receipt you will receive a $5 gift card ". I understand the printer wasn't working, but shenever offered me the receipt at all OR an explanation. It wasn't until I asked to speak to a manager that I learned why. Anassistant shift manager came to the window, (Shelby) he told me (with attitude) I would not get a gift card since the machinewasn't working "it was not their problem".
