I don't feel comfortable eating the food from here after my first and last experience with them. The workers here touch your hot... food with bare hands. Beyond that, in regards to customer service, this is the worst Papa John's I've ever been to, and Itravel all across the country. The person at the register poked at pizza boxes for five minutes before they even acknowledged mypresence and I was waiting on a pick-up order which sat there waiting for me the whole time. Called in an order for a pizza and wings. Pick up. Sat in the store for half hour and nothing . Stood up asked about it and they... had just started the order. So after 40 min in the store waiting, and the 15 min call b4 . I finally get my food. Pizza is notdone and wings still cold. No apologies no free anything, no money back. Large pepperoni - they have the best consistency here and quality. Never any issues like you get at Dominos.

Ordered pizza online and was quoted 15 to 25 minutes (may be off by a couple minutes). Went in about 20 minutes later and ended... up waiting another 25 minutes or so. I ordered side pepper, cheese, and their special mix packets. While they are only one centa piece, the fact that i got 3/6/5 of the packets when I ordered 5/10/10 is unacceptable. I understand that delays can happenbut not receiving what I paid for is not right. Obviously, the price is of little importance but paying for something notreceived is not okay.
