My wife, 2 daughters and I just got back from eating some BBQ at Mine Train Smokery's pop-up at the VFW in Joshua Tree, and it... was delicious! I had a BBQ Sundae, which was a huge cup layered with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, mashed taters, and mac/cheese.PHENOMENAL. My wife had the pulled pork sammich, and she said it was great. Some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time. Highly recommend. The staff is super friendly and the food is out of this world.
