Everything I tried tasted great. Good homemade Mexican food we all enjoyed it very much. Very mellow atmosphere made dining a... pleasure as well. Attentive staff, without that 'rushed' feeling. ?? I will definitely go back soon, there is much more I'dlike to try. Read more

I love Mexican food so obviously I had to eat at a Mexican restaurant when I was in Southern California. The food at this place... was good. The servings were big and prices averaged around $13-$15. It tasted pretty authentic to me, although I was with 2Texans and they disagreed. Read more

Traveling through and luckily came across this place. We ordered the chimichanga (one of Friday's specials), and a carne... asada/lengua burrito to go. The portions were large, and the food was delicious. Great service as well! We will definitely beback the next time we're in the area. Read more

Let me start out that Mexican food is not one of my favorite foods but try it because business partner enjoys it. It started... with be set at a dirty outside table.(not a big deal after all we are in the desert) it's just that it took two request to getthem the correct. Service was on the very slow side. We were all pretty hot and tired from a long work day in 105+ heat. Myexpectations was they would hustle out some drinks. This process took way to long. They dropped off a few bowls of chips andsalsa . After what seemed like a lifetime they came back and took our drink orders. Again the expectation was it's hot the (busperson no server yet) would hustle in and get us some drinks as we set outside in the still 100° weather. This tookforever. Finally a gentleman came out welcomed us and took our order. If memory serves me correct this would be the last time wesaw him until we requested our check. As for the food.....Very average to below average. Nothing really stood out just plain, poorly prepared and maybe set at the warming window a little too long. The crispy tacos were soggy and fell apart in your platewhen you picked them up.rice was dry and beans overcooked. Why do restaurants not understand ICED Tea. They poured warm tea overa few cubes of ice and served. I had to request a separate glass of ice in order to enjoy my ICED Tea. My final words.... Ifyour going to make people wait for their checks in the hot summer desert please send someone out to check on them periodicallyrefill their drinks. Read more

This used to be our favorite restaurant in Yucca Valley. We haven't been for a while and got lunch today. Take out. Got home and... was completely disappointed. I ordered nachos because the menu clearly said made with their creamy nacho sauce. Not at all. Thiswas a glob of melted cheese on chips with a bunch of toppings it was horrible. I should of just went to taco bell. The entireorder was just not good. I remember their guacamole being amazing and today it was aweful. Too much money spent and even left anice tip for being take out!! Probably will never come back. We are pretty bummed. Even the chips had a burnt taste to them, cooked too long. Most of our meal was tossed out. ???? Read more

Visiting from beautiful San Diego. First time visiting this restaurant & I had high expectations. Went on a quiet Sunday... afternoon around 4pm and we were the only customers. There was no one up front to welcome us. We found an employee & satourselves. Throughout our visit we had to walk up & ask for things like napkins, refills and our bill. Our food was good butthe portions were small. I won?t return but I?ll recommend for first timers to make their decisions. Read more
