The sammies were ok. They slathered way to much sauce(which I didn't know came in them) but they were still edible, the staff... was friendly. Didn't like no masks, especially when the one dude sneezed openly around the food. Mine was done and wrapped orI would have left angry. Read more

They're not great at taking orders. You ask for a cold sandwich. You get a hot and cold sandwich. You ask for no pickle. You get... a warm pickle sogging up your bread. You spend a lot of money on an over priced sandwich, and get low quality sandwich. Read more

Possibly the worst bread I?ve ever had in a sub sandwich: Dry, too soft, and tasteless. Other than that, it?s a good place.

Food was great but customer service not so much. We were not welcomed when entering the building. We were not given eye contact... until reaching the register. There were 3 people working at the time all whom were in the front. An older gentleman with no nametag, a younger blonde with no name tag and the women who took our order who?s name was Lucia. I get working on holidays isn?tthe best but that doesn?t give anyone the right to treat others rude because your not off the clock. Customers come firstalways. I wanted to leave a tip because the food was really great but the no welcome along with little to no interaction whenordering was really unfortunate. Specifically from Lucia and the ?no named blonde?. I recommend the employees here change theirattitude and that employees be required to where a name tag regardless of being in management or lead position. Read more

I was hungry and thought I would give this place another try. Again, it was disappointing. My sandwich was made sloppy and the... bread was definitely stale. The over quality of the sandwich was aweful, ended up tossing it out. I should of just went toSubway. I really wish this area would get a Jersey Mikes! No more Firehouse Sub for me. ???? Read more

The food and service are both 5 stars. My favorite sandwich is Pastrami and Swiss on wheat, yellow mustard only.

Visited here while in Joshua Tree. Have heard great things, and it was pretty good. I ordered the spicy cajun, and my girlfriend... the chicken gyro. Bread was really fresh, and sub warmed nicely. Read more

Never been to any Firehouse Subs location until now. This place is FIRE!! The New Yorker sub I ordered had thick slices of meat... and was worth every penny I spent. Definitely coming here again....on a payday, lol. Read more
