The food was not it. My broccoli was super hard they gave me barely any chicken in my chicken and broccoli Alfredo and the... cinnamon dessert literally looked like chunks of beef in a bowl. My waitress was great. Very attentive and got the orderscorrect and friendly. Did have to use the bathrooms and they were disgusting mostly because they smelled like a porta potty. Food was so cold it was hard and unedible.. Appetizers were hot and delicious. Service was slow and poor. The manager with... white beard was super kind, understanding and accommodating. He corrected the issues immediately. He rectified the situation tohis best ability. Maybe try going there during off hours. Not Saturday night. Read more

The cooks here are horrible! Traveling for work it's the only place to grab a bite to eat, multiple food poisoning experiences... from very undercooked food even if its ordered extra well done. The servers are very polite and get stuck making apologies forthe extremely poor cooking skills in back. The cooks dont care one bit! Read more

Applebee's is just gone downhill in the last 2 years I travel for work and I have been to Applebee's in a few States and I keep... trying because at one time they had decent food but again I paid $19 for chicken wings I paid extra for extra sauce on the sideI didn't get that they must make a lot of money these restaurants when they don't give you the sides cuz it happened to me atDomino's the other day. And this is just pure laziness with the celery stalks I've been a manager of many restaurants and Iwould not have my staff serve these like this. There were 3 of us and when my food got to the table she apologized and said she was sorry because they didn't grill the onions.... I said it was fine it was no big deal. Once I took a bite I realized it was the wrong burger completely. She asked if I wantedit pink or no pink, I said no pink and it was pink. When I brought it to her attention she blamed it on the cook. When I got thebill she still charged me for the burger I ordered which was $3 more. I think they should have gave us a discount, since theydidn't I only left a 10 percent tip. There were more issues, I just do not want to write a whole book. Read more

Great customer service! Really bad meat!. Lenny's has better meat. I got the bourbon steak. Not edible at all, see pic. She got... the ribeye, so thin almost impossible to get med rare. Sent bat the first one was medium. They offered to comp a dessert but wepassed and went to sonic. $103 2 beers 1 margarita and the 2 main dish with 2 side salad $1add on brocoli. Read more
