Always lots of great flavors to choose from, and all of the typical fro-yo toppings you can imagine. The employees do a great... job of keeping this place very clean. Good yogurt however this place doesn't update their UberEats or food delivery menus to reflect what they actually have. I have... ordered certain items on their menu that shows up online yet when I get the item, they don't have it. PLEASE update your menuitems to reflect what you actually have! Also once they're out of menu items, they don't get it back in the store which isfrustrating. Please change this and then I'll update my review. Read more
There's a good selection of about a dozen or so different flavors that are changed out periodically with other flavors. You're... given a little bowl and gloves to serve yourself; you can choose as many different flavors as you can fit in your cup too. Thenchoose and scoop yourself some toppings - choose from things like candies, cookies, fresh fruit and/or sprinkles. Once you'redone, you place your order on a scale and the weight determines your total price. Employs only children. And i say this because no common sense is used in regards to their customers. I purchased 2 cups of... yogurt for my 2 children and a $3.99 milkshake (for myself) that is a set price and you can add toppings to... After purchasingI see the picture of the milkshake w/ whipped cream making it stand all tall and pretty and ask if I may actually get somewhipped cream too. Unfortunately I was told that I would of had to of added the whipped cream before i had weighed andpaid... Brought my daughter for her birthday at 9:30 Pm to her favorite location. The staff refused us to seat , he stated : you can?t... sit at the bar stand , as we are about to close (@9:30 pm ) . There was a group of 7 people ( who came right before us ) sat atthe tables we have no place to seat , so I asked the cashier ( Dalyn ) if we can seat at the bar stand he refused us. There wereno greetings , he never ask if I?m a reward member . Is that because we were the only Asian and black people at the store ? Theshift lead assisted me with the seating after I approached her, but she was irritated as well . I called the manager right afterI left the store , but I?m not going back to this location ever again .
