This WingStop in Yucaipa is absolutely terrible. Employees are rude, demeaning and not very loyal employees. Call customers... names and laugh. A call was placed to manager Robert who stated he would have owner of this facility call me. Well the owneris obviously as bad and not a very reputable person as if they cared anything about customers and the way they were treated, theowner would have called by now. They just poured BBQ sauce on my wings they also gave me 12 plain wings instead of 6 lemon pepper and 6 plain they gave me no... lemon pepper at all actually they also put all 24 wings I ordered in the same exact box I also ordered two ranch cups and onlygot one Also the last time I went in person I ordered this time on door dash, The girl with Short Hair that was working theregister was very rude she rushed me the whole time asking "are you going to order & are you ready yet" while I was stilldeciding, She told me to pick 3 Flavors then Looked at me like I was stupid and said I can only have two flavors & there wasonly 1 other person who was in the store and it took over and hour and 30 minutes for my food I ordered at 8:10 and got my foodat 9:52 My fries were burnt and one flavor was wrong,This used to be a great location and now with the new employees it'shorrible Read more
This was my first time here.I ordered online 3 hours ahead of when I wanted the food. They were very busy but greeted me when I... came in. I waited for my order about another 10 minutes. The chicken was perfectly cooked and was excellent. I give the chicken5 star's. The fries were horrible. They were a dark brown, very soggy and COLD... Yes..cold.. should have been in a containerlike the chicken not put in a cardboard container with no lid. The fries get 1 star. If you're looking for great chicken this isthe place to go. Wingstop located in Yucaipa California is a great place to get excellent,freshly made plump chicken wings! Stopped in last... night and ordered wings with one of our favorite sauces ( their all good!) lemon pepper with an added dipping sauce of of garlicbutter-we also get them extra crispy-the best! They advertise a family meal that comes with two large sides, then the only two choices are Fries and Fried corn. Then once you... order it with fries and corn they tell you it is an up charge for the corn so it's not a meal with two large sides it's a mealwith two large fries. Not a major deal but it is rather annoying. Then they just poured the flavor in the bottom of thecontainers and put the chicken on it. Just look at the pictures, if this is a product that Wing Stop is proud of then there isnothing left to say. The fries sucked. I didn't pay extra for the corn so I can't tell you how it is. Wingstop's are usually crowded or they usually have people in there! This place was clean but it seemed very quiet... the... atmosphere was more of that being at home in a quiet room. Food is always good and the butter rolls they have are the best! Lemon pepper wings are the best. This is just a much quieter Wingstop then the rest!! Read more
Usually pretty good, have only gotten a bad order or a wrong order maybe once or twice in the 2 years I've been ordering from... here, but as of recently, the approx. time from order to delivery has been wildly off. One of my recent orders was approximatedat 30 minutes from order to delivered. An hour and a half had passed and the food was finally delivered, albeit slightly cold. Read more
