I was given a slice of cold pizza from Silvios Pizzeria the other day and I just loved it. (Not much of a cold pizza eater) I... went yesterday and picked up a fresh pepperoni/sausage pizza and ate the last 3 slices this afternoon for lunch. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I ordered a pizza for delivery at 3:50pm, for a delivery time of 5pm. When there was no delivery by 5:25 I... called, spoke with a kid he said oh I see you said delivery for 5:30, when I said No I said 5pm, he said let me get my managerfor you. Manager gets on the phone and said oh I just found the ticket you said delivery at 5:40. Then manager says I can putthe pizza in for you and get it to you in 45 minutes! Cancel the order! I will never go back to Sylvios North or South storesagain, poor telephone service, poor customer service! Going back to Round Table! Read more
I enjoy Sylvios pizza don?t get me wrong , Usually I order a Hawaiian pizza extra crispy, Anyways yesterday I asked for a extra... crispy Hawaiian to be made at the southside spot , As I received my pizza I open the box and saw it wasn?t as crispy as itusually is , when I order there, I politely asked the cashier to put it in the oven for a little longer and he said OK. As hewalked the pizza to the back where the ovens are another pizza man denied my request, told me? that it would ruin the pizza?, ashis hands are squeezing the crust . Gross! Delicious Pizza! I definitely found my new favorite local pizza joint! I always order take out and they have my food ready to... go when I request for a specific time.
